Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Had an oil change and they did a quick overall check and found air filters were trying to be new home for mice

I ended up being 15 minutes late, but they took me right in and it was ready in less than 30 minutes. I was given a list of concerns that they had for needed repairs and listed them as primary and secondary as far as how quickly they should be done. They also discussed how a couple of items overlapped as far as redundant charges that would save me money if done together. Everything was printed out and given to me with my receipt. I don’t know what more I could ask for in a business. I’m scheduling my wife’s oil change after I’m done here.

These guys are the best. Got a laundry list from the dealer, went to these guys they got me in right away. I didn’t need half of the things that the dealer told me I needed. Chose to go through with the rest of the repairs with Ames and they got me in and out same day and gave me a free oil change for my next visit. Will 100% be coming back!!

Rotated tires but messed up sensors. Tire pressure on one tire was flat while another was twice the amount. Prices have increased much more than competitors and thus won’t be coming back.

Had my wiper blade changed. Didn't have an appointment but they were good enough to accommodate me. Thanks so much for working me in.

I knew the problem with my car when I got my code read at O'Reilly. It was the accelerator pedal position sensor (error code p2138). I told them that. They didnt give me a quote or a cost for the vehicle inspection over the phone or in person. I asked if they could do it on Saturday. I left it with them at 8am and they didnt touch the car or give me a call that they didnt get it done. I got a quote from them on Monday saying it would be around $670 after they had it all weekend. I denied the work. That price is absurdly high for an easy job. Its a part replacement. I go to pick up the car and they tried charging me $200 for an inspection. Ridiculous. I said I wouldnt pay that much for no work being done on my car and he gave me attitude. The part costs about $120 online and the job/labor is about 30min long because its an easy under the hood part replacement. I said screw this and had my mechanic buddy do it. I watched him do the whole thing. It seriously took him 30 min. Mikes more Miles was charging like $380 for labor. They also tried telling me my brakes were bad. I had my buddy check it out. The front brakes are practically brand new. The back brakes have plenty of pad left. Stop quoting people for work that doesnt need to be done and overcharging for easy jobs. Im NEVER going back here.

Needed a battery and an alternator. Mikes had the best price for both. They got me in right away and had it fixed when they said they would. They were extremely kind and didn’t try and upsell me on anything even though I have some car issues that could be fixed. My car is running great and anymore issues I’m just going to go there. Honest is hard to find these days and I feel they were honest and fair. Great place to bring your vehicle

I had been hearing wierd noises from my car. I called, petrified about cost etc. ( Money I do NOT have.) I called today. I spoke with Rich. After hearing my, I am sure, humurous imitations of the noise I was hearing, Rich said to check the oil level. My oil service indicator stated it was due for service in 500 ish miles. I was across the street and asked if I came there, could someone help me. He said sure. I drove there. Rich himself checked my oil level-it was a NON DETECTABLE level on that dipstick! Rich took the time to take care of me and get me back on the road safely. I am so grateful-THANK YOU! 10 out of 10!

Been coming here for probably six years now and this one was my last time. This place used to be good but continues to get worse with each visit. The younger of the men at the counter seems to be annoyed to deal with people. Went for an oil change and when they started lifting my car, they had only secured one side and the car began to be lifted only on the one side. Thankfully they noticed before it tipped. They took the hubcap covers off (it’s an older, cheaper sedan) and one of the mechanics couldn’t get the cover on, got frustrated and demanded the other mechanic put it on. Wound up losing it on the way home because they didn’t attach it correctly. And the swearing in the garage can be heard in the waiting area and is unprofessional. And this is only my experience in the last visit. We’ve had two other poor experiences with them, one resulting in a credit on our account due their poor work. We won’t be using that credit. Look elsewhere.
